उत्तम शिक्षा की आवश्यकता का अनुभव करते हुए समाज सेवा के उद्देश्य से सेठानी पुतलीबाई ट्रस्ट झालसर के तत्कालीन अध्यक्ष स्वर्गीय श्री गुरु प्रसाद जी अग्रवाल ने प्रारंभिक आर्थिक सहयोग देकर एक विद्यालय स्थापित करने का विचार रखा। तदानुसार स्वर्गीय एन एस काबरा, स्वर्गीय श्री राधा बल्लभ अग्रवाल, स्वर्गीय श्री ज्ञान चंद्र मस्ते, स्वर्गीय श्री गौरी शंकर तिवारी, स्वर्गीय श्री नरेंद्र जैन, स्वर्गीय श्री विट्ठल राव हर्ने, स्वर्गीय श्री चंपालाल भारद्वाज, स्वर्गीय श्री रामकिशन अग्रवाल, स्वर्गीय श्री बीएम अग्रवाल, वर्तमान अध्यक्ष श्री चंद्रकांत अग्रवाल के प्रयासों से "सेठानी पुतलीबाई अग्रवाल शिक्षा समिति" पंजीकृत हुई। इसी वर्ष संस्था ने अग्रवाल धर्मशाला में kg1, kg2 एवं पहली कक्षा प्रारंभ कर आंखें खोलें। 2 वर्ष पश्चात जगदीश पुरा वार्ड में किराए की भूमि पर ट्रस्ट द्वारा प्राप्त अनुदान से भवन निर्माण, फर्नीचर आदि स्थाई संपत्ति निर्मित हुई। कालांतर में बढ़ते हुए विद्यालय ने माध्यमिक विद्यालय का रूप लिया। जिसने विकास करते हुए नगर की ही नहीं जिले के वरिष्ठ विद्यालयों में अपना स्थान सुनिश्चित किया। इसकी सराहना तत्कालीन शिक्षा मंत्री श्री मोतीलाल वोरा द्वारा की गईl
